Ben was amazing. Great service, and we left the dealership with a beautiful new Tucson.

Fast, easy no pressure. Friendly and knowledgeable about the features of the car. I’m so proud of my purchase. Loving my new 2023!!! Angelo and the entire team rocks!!

I've attempted to contact the dealer multiple times to get my vehicle in for service. Every time I call the service department I get sent straight to VM. I contact Hyundai corporate and they just shrug off the concern stating " each dealership is independently owned". News flash, they still sell Hyundai's. Since I couldn't even get a phone call back I called new car sales and, what do you know, they answe immediately. The gentlemen that answered was extremely rude as I explained my issue. He interrupted me and supposedly forwarded my call. I've been on hold for 10 minutes. The quality is so subpar even their on hold voice over is broken and only goes to show the quality of this dealer. I'll probably get a response stating they don't have me in the system and that's because you can't get a hold of anyone there.

I scheduled my first oil change for my recently new purchase of a 2022 Santa Fe . The service was great and they even called and let me know that the car was ready before the expected time and everything was ready when I got there and my car was already pulled up front and I even talked to the gentleman about my daughters 2014 Santa Fe and some maintenance she may need on her vehicle and he looked everything up for me and explained the parts and the time allowed for for the maintenance. I was extremely impressed and happy with the overall service .

I suggest the Service area. I hope this helped.
Peacock Hyudai should be able to take care of that, all they will need is the VIN number
That is really a call the dealership question. I would think that since the lease would basically be from Hyundai any dealership but I truthfully dont know. If you dont want to call Peacock call another dealership and ask them
It will probably cost more than$80. I HAD the same problem approximately one year ago . The Dealership suggested l go to Battery Plus. I did, very helpful and people person's work in the Store. It was cheaper.
