I thoroughly enjoyed my recent bike ride historical tour in Savannah with Linda as our tour guide. She was very knowledgeable, and I learned so much about Savannah's history. The bikes are clean and updated and our group enjoyed a leisurely ride through Savannah. I also loved being able to keep the bike for the day and explore on my own after the tour was over. Linda and the owners, Michelle and Mike, were very helpful in providing lunch recommendations. Parking was easy and the tour was well worth the reasonable cost. I highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Savannah looking to do something different. This tour would be great for singles, couples or small groups. I went as a single person and still enjoyed riding with the group of 8 people. Check it out on your next visit to Savannah!

This is our second time using Savannah on Wheels, and we had so much fun exploring the city! I will always recommend a bike tour to everyone who comes to Savannah. The customer service is always the best. And we even enjoyed the picnic package this time!

Their historic bike tour is a fantastic way to learn about the city! This group is great! We began with a very kind welcome at the store and a patient sizing up the bikes for us before our tour-everyone was genuinely kind. Our tour guide (I'd rather call him "Professor"; "guide" doesn't really describe Austin!) brought the city's history alive for us. He kept us engaged and part of the story telling-always a great way to interest a class. It was so much fun we didn't want it to end. You get to keep the bikes for the rest of the day if you book their historic tour. We learned so much and he seemed to really enjoy sharing all the stories and layers of Savannah's history. The bikes were in perfect condition and well maintained. There is traffic in Savannah's historic area but on the tour it is watched and stopped for you as you cross busy streets. And when on your own, except for the busy cross streets, it is slow enough that it was easy to maneuver. When reviews say "do yourself a favor and book/eat/stay/rent etc" I kind of wonder how spot on that kind of enthusiasm is-but here I can't help but say-do yourself a favor and book this tour. Do it early as I don't think they are big groups and if they fill up you will really have missed out! :)

We loved this bike tour! It was so much fun. We booked on the Airbnb app & Melissa was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. EJ was our tour guide & he did a fantastic job!

We sanitize bikes daily and after each rental. Masks are required upon entering the store. We can provide you contactless check in upon request. Hand sanitizer is provided as well as disposable masks.
We only have 2 road bikes remaining, both are Jamis. They are $699.
Hi Victoria, we typically do sell bike racks, however we currently do not have any in stock and are unable to get them from any of our vendors at this time. If you find a rack somewhere else, we’d be happy to help you install it. Thank you for contacting Savannah On Wheels.
Hi, Eden! Yes, we do offer trailers for toddlers. No child seat though.
