This bank is requiring mask or no service as of 2/18/22 even though the CDC has stated the pandemic is ending, they were all masked, and behind plexiglass. None of the other TD banks in town are like this. Customer service was rude and that’s the bottom line of the issue- as soon as I walked in: no “Hello”, no “How are you?”, Just in an empty bank, “Sir, do you have a mask?!?!” in a rude tone of voice. Relax a little and be kind, it’s not hard.

Customer services is simply terrible. I stayed on a phone to get an answer for 10 minutes. Never got through. They also lost my checks twice! Not sure how they are still in business.

I have been banking here for 10 years. I am always welcomed by everyone. Whenever I have had concerns they are helpful and friendly. I would recommend this bank to anyone who wants all the benefits of a big bank with all the warmth of a small bank where they all knows you.
