I was walking on Rafer’s Alley near the Market when a delivery truck crew, for this company, made disgusting remarks towards my girlfriend. Barking at her like a dog. Absolutely unacceptable for any company in any city!

It was tough during the process due to Perla Veliz-Cruz stated she wasn’t able to speak on the phone due to working from home but still through the whole process it was email. A lot of things didn’t make sense. The tent rental guys showed up a hour before the listed time on our invoice. When they called i barely could hear them because of the yelling and cussing in the background with the other workers. I asked Perla about the time and never heard back. We were most disappointed in the wrong glass ware provided and as well as how bad the rentals looked. The tent had written graffiti, the fans were rusted. The flooring looked like it possibly needs replacing or pressure washed. The tables were shredded. Also the table cloths were so big on the ends and nothing to tie them up with. Snyder should of priced out larger tables or less chairs and we could not fit that many as they arranged due to the legs on the tables. The tent Installers also broke a bunch of light bulbs and didn’t clean it up. Overall I’ll probably won’t use again. Most importantly this was a wedding rehearsal and wasn’t pretty.

They took a long time to get back to me on my quote and they quoted 100 white resin chairs + delivery for $1,077... at that price I may as well buy the chairs and start my own side hustle don't you think?
