We stayed three months. Everyone at the park was very friendly, and welcomed us upon our arrival. Leann and the owners were easy to deal with, and took really good care of us and our dog. The park is a little rustic, but customizations of your space are allowed. It is quiet and secluded, with a lot of full time residents. We already miss everyone.

Hollow oak 350 plus power 850 deposit
The monthly lot payment is 300.00. They charge 18cents a kilowatt for electritcity. Thers is a wash house with washerNd dryers. No amenities..however very friendly management and good atmosphere. By far the most cost efficient in the area
They do have some lots available here, the prices vary depending upon location in park ranging from $300 amonth and up
