A terrible place to rent through! They raised rent over 40% in Liberty housing ($200!!!!!) for "maintenance" that showed no signs of being implemented (especially for current tenants). Not only are they desperate for your cash, they are terrible at staying in contact and couldn't care less about your convenience. They also revoked $70% of my partners security deposit without providing an itemized list or any sort of explanation. A HORRIBLE rental company, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

My daughter and I applied for one of their properties. We never heard anything back. The office staff seemed rude and uninterested in dealing with us. I guess we didn't have the right look for them. We were both exhausted after working a twelve hour night shift. I have a spotless rental history. No reason for them to be so snobby towards us.

No cash. Money order or check in drop box outside. You can probable do that inside as well.
I have rented over 10 years and have two dogs, my recent renewal has no surcharges or restrictions. They said (not legally binding) that most tenants have housepets. This varies depending on the property, and you would be responsible for any damages of course.
They do credit, criminal and rental history verifications. They look at your overall credit - not just the score. Medical and Student Loan Collections will not hurt you. No credit is better than bad credit. Right now the application fees are waived so you're not losing anything by applying.
For apartments? No.
