Gym is fine, stays pretty clean etc, staff is friendly, certain nights and times are really crowded for me and I sometimes feel like I'm not able to get a full-workout in as some machines are more popular than others.

I did not find out until the day I tried to cancel my membership months into going that this gym supposedly offers different memberships at different price points. I was only offered workout anytime and 24 access for $30/month and made to believe this was the only option. As their spiel is no contract, I did not go home with a contract nor was I emailed one but I gave the guy working my recurring payment information. I asked questions and was assured I could cancel easily at any time. LOL it’s now been a good month, a good 7 or more calls, and four trips up to Workout Anytime Asheboro not to mention multiple emails and I am still waiting on receiving my proof of paying an extra month that was never agreed to as well as cancelling my membership. The head manager is unprofessional and unhelpful. I was given the run around for weeks and unfortunately it still seems I am. Talking to people and reading more reviews I am seeing so many others are going through the same thing. Please spare yourself the stress and lack of respect for your time and energy.

Would be 0 if allowed. Management is unprofessional and use derogatory terms to employees and say “love you” as well and create an uncomfortable work environment. Management does not take responsibility for their actions and they find a scapegoat to shift blame, almost like being in a toxic relationship.
