Ever since they changed there warranty to 30 days and started to have a call center outside the US, service is horrible. Never again. I'll deal with Amazon tons better. Service at the Hilton Head store was also horrible. Terrible rude manager Wish I could give her a zero. Was once was a great chain is barely holding on in my opinion. Empty shelves poor customer service in my opinion. I gove them a year before they file for Bankruptcy. Let's hope they fix the issues before it's to late. I think the shop has sailed
