Heard about auction on the radio. Was excited to go. I Got there canceled AND it was cancelled due to rain. People lined up down the road. What a beautiful day outside! Something fishy going on. Can't trust this companies advertising.

Buyers beware! We drove from FL to see a home up for auction in King NC by Leinback Auction. The open house was to be on April 10 th from 2-4 pm. During the walk thru the auctioneer told us clearly that the auction would take place no matter what the weather was at 12 noon on April 16th as advertised on the flyer. I have 3 witnesses who heard the same information. We show up at 930 am for the auction (not raining) and the auctioneer states the auction is cancelled until next Sat because 100% chance of rain. It's 1130 am,we drive by, It's beautiful outside and the people are still lining up to attend the auction. Horrible experience with Leinback auction and Realty and a very costly one for us since we have stayed in hotel for 9 days. Just a waste of many people's time. Never again!!!

Best Auction House in NC. . . Todd Leinbach is the most honest Auctioneer I know. . . Gives you the chance to check all electric purchases. . . Never a buyer's fee. . . And they take credit cards without a hanldling fee. . . Food and refreshments are always available. . . Clean bathrooms and spotless facility. . . The New Grill is Awesome, made to order burgers and waffle fries. . . My favorite is the Mushroom & Swiss. . . Helpful, Knowledgeable, Friendly Staff. . . If you are thinking about going to your 1st Auction, this is a great place to start. . .
