Mary is extremely helpful and friendly. We had to move my son into an apartment last week and she was able to find a Twin XL option that could be delivered the next day. When the delivery crew showed up with the wrong bed, Mary talked to them and found an option from the store that would work at the same price, even though it was more expensive than the one she sold us. She had the truck come to the store to get the bed so that we wouldn't have to wait another 3+ days for the right bed.
