As soon as you walk in the facility is clean and organized. They provide excellent customer service they go above and beyond for you. I went in just to drop off a package and they offered extra assistance, they were courteous, and highly efficient. I would highly recommend going to this location over any other on the island. Fantastic staff!

Worst service ever. I don't get my mail delivered as expected, and I have to pick up my own packages, because I was told theyvare not obligated to do so. Very bad service and they are not willingbtoncome up 3 flight of stairs where I live. I have to struggle to pick up and then bring packages up to my apt where there are no elevators. I guess that is why they don't want to deliver my packages. Very bad service.😠😣

The worst postal service I’ve ever had. I’ve mailed three items in the last 7 months that never got to the destination. Me and several others in my neighborhood have numerous problems with home delivery service. Miss boxed, no delivery when it says it was delivered, mail intended for different neighborhoods. It’s so bad I’m leery about using the postal service. I will NOT send a check in the mail again.

Yes. Just place the carriers name on the card along with "mail carrier" on the bottom so they know its for them or you can hand in the card to a clerk and the clerk will hand deliver it to the carrier - USPS Clerk.

What is the best way to have mail forwarded from Montana to Hilton Head, SC for the next 4 months? Can I establish a PO Box in Hilton Head or picK it up general delivery.?

I would get a box... I am not familiar with general delivery, but with a box you can pickup up mail after hours.

You can get a passport application from the fairfields station ( 213 william hilton pkwy) however fairfields doesn't do passports. You will need to go to the other hilton head island post office ( 10 bow circle - main hhi po) or Bluffton po. ( 25 thurmond rd.) For getting passport pictures, you would need to schedule an appointment online only ( usps.com). - PO Clerk
