We use to get our mail on time now it just comes later and later sometimes after 7pm. Very upset because my package was supposed to be delivered two days ago and received a notice stating couldn't deliver because of a dog. Live on a private road with only us and the neighbor and none of us have a dog. Was at home all day and didn't see anything pull in the yard oh and the camera didn't catch anyone either. So not sure how this was possible. Called to report and schedule redelivery and I have not received package yet.

I just moved to Gaston SC and today is June 11 I received an email that my package arrived and come to find out that is a car barely blocks mailbox our carrier who is a woman won’t deliver and if it’s a package she won’t deliver and leave at the door. Ma’am if you are that lazy and don’t want to do your job please quit, I’d like to have my package that I paid for and if it’s not here Monday I will be going to the post office to place a formal complaint to have you fired… yes I felt like being a Karen today… have the day you deserve…. FYI this isn’t they first time I was just trying to give her the benefit but seems like all the neighbors have the same opinion I just have the guts to say something…

Got a thing in the mail to leave food for food pantry at mail box on Saturday I put it out there and no one took it when they delivered the mail

The true answer is that the budget was cut under the new postmaster general, so they are understaffed and have an impossible amount of pressure on them. (I work at a nearby post office, so I know the deal- this is true for practically every post office recently). They are only human.
You can talk to someone sometimes. You have to call early or at least before lunch.

Yes. There is a drop box as you walk in the front door. That is the most secure. The blue box outside has been updated also and is more secure than the past box.
