Update: Hi really funny my latest review instructing people to contact an ombudsman got removed. Hmm kinda suspect. But anyways the original is posted to my tiktok so it should show you guys deleted my instructions for others to contact the office of the ombudsman and the phone number. I didnt believe the reviews until I sat in the office for two hours and called the office and watched her ignore it. I was the only person needing to speak with someone and no one else in the parking lot and no one helped after checked in and I sat in the lobby two hours
