You have to pay your taxes online for spartanburg county or you an go to the tax office, then take your paperwork to the dmv for anything you need from them .

Appointment only, it is open to the public...but again, you must have appointment, also...you may go in person and ask for appointment, appointments are about a week out from the day you make one at the DMV...staff are super nice...
