I housesit for a friend that has a very large 85 lb Huskita. Out Of The Way Pet Grooming is very accomidating of my very large buddy. They r very pleasant to work with n always take care of my buddies needs. Weither it be trimming his nails or trying to wrangle him in to the bath. Which is quite an undertaking.

Great staff...very professional and friendly but significantly more expensive than other groomers. I wouldn't mind paying a little more for quality but the high quality job they did (complete shave and bath) only lasted about 2 weeks. I couldn't even tell she had been to the groomer. Not a great deal for $100+ after tip.

We took our Golden retriever to them after his previous groomer stopped grooming. He had large matt under his butt that I let them know about up front as well as possibly some in his tail. I asked they shave his butt area but not to cut the rest of him too short. he was SHAVED all over when he was returned. His apt was at 10am and we couldn't pick him up until 3:45 because they were short handed and instead of rescheduling, they kept too many appointments. We received a very unconcerned sorry but they didn't take any responsibility. Then after advising them I was displeased with their service and how they handled the situation they responded with a very hateful message attacking me as a pet owner!! I will NEVER take any animal back and will make sure I let everyone else know not to as well.
