Harbor House gets five stars for its nostalgic classic diner setting. It’s always busy especially at breakfast. The seating is broken into rooms and the one room is filled with the pop out paper from the 1950s The food is good, particularly packed at breakfast. Love it

Food is pretty good but place needs upkeep. Service was good, friendly staff. Nothing special about this place but it's a popular local spot with convenient access to PCH when passing through.

Totally old school 1936 restaurant. It's like walking back in time. Had an open toasted ciabatta bun with a well done good size beef patty smoother with homemade chili beans, topped with slide tomatoes, along with, I must say the best fries I've ever eaten! And believe me, being an avid chef. They were definitely the boom! Would recommend these guys anytime of the day! Kudos out to them and their sweet waitress that served us.

Why the heck not!?
Take out only but they did have chairs and tables outside you can sit at and enjoy your meal. Masks of course in the building but outside ok to take off. Love that place. Their biscuits and gravy. Bomb. Thank you for being open Harbor house! Our family appreciates you and your service.

Never and have been eating there for 35 years! Don't know anyone that's ever gotten sick from eating there. A+ establishment
Matthew is correct there is no outdoor seating at the Harbor House. Therefore only service animals would be allowed, as per California state law
There is a big covered patio in the back that could accommodate 15 people, but they don't take reservations.
Yes, beer, wine, and champagne. But, if you want the hard stuff, you'll have to walk next door to turcs
