Visited this last Friday and was pretty disappointed. The service was slow. Food was not cooked to order and came out cold.

Another artistic restaurant buried away in a strip mall stylistically referred as a rustic farmhouse that offers artisanal avaunt guard breakfast, lunch and speciality juices with a kick. Real cornbeef hash fresh made, biscuits and gravy that melt in your mouth chased by two different speciality juice drinks that my pops gave two thumbs up. Lindsey the wait staff was very patient, helpful and kind. Heartily recommended.

I have been here several times before and have always had a good experience. Unfortunately, I did NOT have a good experience today at First Watch Summerville. We waited 45 minutes to be seated. Once seated, we gave our food and drink order to the server at the same time to help expedite our food coming out. After about 30 min of waiting on our food, I asked the server to please check on our food. She never returned back to our table and another 15 min went by. We had been at the restaurant for 90 minutes and still had not received our food. We had to leave in order to make a Dr Appt. I asked to speak with the manager since we had ordered food/drinks but could not wait any longer and was not going to pay for food that was never received. The manager apologized and said that he checked and there was no ticket in the kitchen for our food. I told him he needed to talk to his server then because we certainly ordered food. Just for future reference, when your customer has been waiting for 90 min to eat, please don’t ever tell them that the server never put their food order in. The manager did offer to make a to go order for us, but we didn’t have any more time to wait. I was disappointed with the entire experience there today, especially since I specifically chose this place to get lemon ricotta pancakes on my birthday.
