Why buy a trailer or box truck when you can rent one from Uhaul of Concord?!? Taheem and his team are phenomenal and they make the process of renting a trailer extremely easy. They work with you if you need to extend and they are overall pleasant to do business with. I highly recommend these guys. Thanks Taheem you are at the top of your game!

WORST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE COMPANY AND LOCATION TO EVER EXIST. I made a reservation mid-day yesterday for after hours pickup last night. I received complete confirmation that I were to pickup at 8:30 pm last night and was given a code to use for self service to get the truck after hours. I drive 20 miles with gas $5 a gallon to get to NO truck available and/or ready for me. I spend 30 minutes trying to figure out what to do sitting in the parking lot (more gas), call the customer service number and am hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes and the call is disconnected. I find another number (still in the parking lot of uhaul with my car running) and get someone on the phone. I’m told that I need to be transferred to the department I was previously on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes BUT am given CONFIRMATION that the LOCATION “dropped the ball” and did NOT LEAVE KEYS FOR MY RESERVATION TO BE PICKED UP. I am transferred to the other department and am hold for 3 more hours. The call is finally answered and I’m back at home at this point (20 mile drive), I’m given confirmation AGAIN that this LOCATION and STAFF “DROPPED THE BALL” and did not leave the truck or keys. I drove BACK this morning (20 miles) and retrieved the truck. I cannot fathom if someone truly needed that truck last night and this incompetent team dropped the ball, as they did with me. Thankfully, it inconvenienced me beyond belief, but it wasn’t an emergency. This location should be completely closed. This is absolutely unacceptable and whomever is reading this, if you are part of this location, shame on you.
