Yes the social services office but the thrift store is at 9:00am
The Place of Forsyth County has a really good food bank and a very kind and compassionate staff and volunteer's that I'm sure can help you find the specific resources that you need.
Call them in the morning. They should be able to come get it.
Contact the place in Cumming, maybe they can offer advice or a solution.
They have a number of programs that provide services to those in need such as food, clothing, housing, etc.

No it's one of the better thrift stores in the area but I think you would have to be pretty fortunate to find a dress that you would prefer truthfully
