Kelly helped me pick our a new affordable phone at a great price and service. She was friendly, professional, and offered me exactly what I was looking for. I've already been telling my friends how they need to switch from Verizon to Cricket over the better affordable options.

I purchased a new phone from here 2weeks ago Phone does not work don't know if they set up wrong They will not do anything about it as far as I am concerned looking for new phone company Cricket takes your money and rips you off Then you tell me to go to Facebook or Twitter This company ripped me off with a useless phone that is 1 not set up right or 2 the phone is defective and 3 you will not replace phone or try to fix it and 4 you ripped me off

How can I backup and reset my phone and get my memory back on the phone. Thank You

Use the backup software on the phone you have. Make sure you backup everything you wish to keep to a memory card you put in your phone. Then you can either put that memory card into a new phone If you are having to reset the phone to factory settings ( via the software also on your phone ) back into your old phone and import it to your phone. There are a few other ways to do it but too many steps to explain here. Always refer to you phone's owners manual or go online to the phone manufacturers website and search for instructions there.
