The staff are very kind, consistent, and all have a long tenure at Heritage Crossings. When I was touring with my mother, we were assured that the staff and residents feel like a family. That has been very true. I get personal calls from the doctor and staff to discuss any issues we have. The number of residents and the size of the facility allow for quicker turnaround time on minor maintenance issues and changes to my Mother's care plan. My mother has complimented the food more than once. There are a limited number of public spaces, but it some ways that has worked out better for my mother. The personal rooms are comfortable.

I feel super blessed I found Heritage Crossings for mom. The first thing I noticed when I did a tour was the cleanliness and that speaks volumes! The second thing I noticed was the staff's friendliness and willingness to help. They also have good healthy food that they cook right on the premises, it's awesome. Now that mom has been there four months I'm so very pleased! Everyone is great! My mom is well taken care of! Les
