Why does it take so long to speak with someone in the pharmacy by phone?

Had to go here 3 days in a row each day I was told my prescription would be ready the following day. Ended up waiting 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru to have been told they're busy and have thousands of prescriptions to fill. Won't be going here in the future.

The head Pharmacist here is a saint and professional. She got on the phone with my Doctor's office to straighten out my prescription after they failed to get it e-scribed to CVS three times in one day! She saved the day, I have my prescription and now I'm on track to healing. Thank you.

No, however the store is open 24 hours. I guess there are too many people needing pain medications. This may be a temptation for criminals. Though the Criminals are brazenly Robbing pharmacies doing daylight. They will Rob and kill innocent people, at any time and any hour. However Christ Jesus will change that soon.
