After 8 months of treatments, my lawn looks significantly worse this summer than it has the prior two summers I've lived here. I sent photos and emailed my concerns. Was told I should give it a few more treatments. No one offered to come out to discuss. They wanted to return today for yet another treatment and when I cancelled the service, I was told (for the first time ever) that the fault is mine for not irrigating properly. Disappointing. In response to the owner's response to my original review, I'd like to add that said owner met with me back in April in my front yard and told me the yard should be in really good shape by the end of summer with the exception of the 3-4 small patches of sunken areas where I added fill dirt for leveling. ZERO mention that it would take years and ZERO instructions about irrigation.
