I'm writing this because we had a bad experience that was corrected. We signed a new lease, and within weeks, were told the monthly fee was being increased over 30% (>$100). Felt like bait and switch. I called and spoke to the Manager Nathan, who was nothing short of 'exceptional' in treating me the way he would want to be treated. Very customer focused, made my problem his problem, outlined a path forward, got approvals to make the correction, called me back within 24 hours. Fixed. I wish it was this way with so many other people. Keep this guy, otherwise, I would have fired Extra Space Storage.
