HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! The salesman told us our mattress was on order and he would call us when it was delivered which would be 4 to 5 days. We never heard from him. On Day 6 we called and was assured it would arrive that day. At 5pm still no call. We drove an hour to the store only to be told it would be the following day. When I explained we had company coming in and that I needed to take a mattress home with me, he accused me of being aggressive. He then attempted to engage my partner in an argument about his customer service skills and how he was ‘trying’ to be nice to me. He wanted my partner to agree that he was providing excellent customer service. He then told us to leave and go eat and he would call when our mattress arrived which would be around 7pm. When we opted to stay and wait, he continued to be argumentative about having to stay late to give us our mattress. Around 700pm he tells my partner to pick another mattress because his delivery truck would not be there until 730-745. In all honesty the truck wasn’t coming at all. Instead of lying just tell folks the actual date! While we walked out with an “upgrade,” it was NOT what we wanted nor ordered. The upgrade is not comfortable. I don’t believe it’s an upgrade at all. I will NEVER do business with them again and am confident we were lied to from the start. I believe the reviews online that are positive are written by friends not true customers. The way in which he spoke to me was unprofessional and rude. Attempting to gain my partner as an “Ally“ to gang up on me was extremely childish. It didn’t work. He too agreed you were being unreasonable. We are absolutely floored with this 6’3” mans behavior. The only reason we walked out with a mattress was because another salesman offered it. He apologized for his coworkers behavior and told us we were getting the run around! This was a scam if I’ve ever seen one and the tall guy is nothing but a liar.

They're not reliable, delivery service sucks and the quality is not that great in my opinion. I went by there and purchased mattress that were never delivered and was told if my money wasn't on my card to pick it up at the store today. I get there and they asked me to come back at 3:00 for my money. I will keep you , the public updated.
