Positive: We had a problem with our room and the staff took care of it without issue. Very nice people. Negative: The hotel pool was not as clean as we would have liked. It was also a little cold but not horrible.

Dirty bathroom. Little hairs left on sink. Floor was dirty ( whitish flecks not sure what maybe food? On the floor) bed skirts had mud smears in the . Trim was busted on the closet frame and some of it missing. Bathtub was not clean. Very disappointed. We use to stay here a lot but no longer will. Our room for the night was $168. Absolutely not worth the price. They offered to give it to me for $89 after I told them it was dirty. I said there is no way I would let my family sleep in a dirty unclean room.

Room was clean and spacious. It fit six people, 1 king and 2 queen beds. It also had mini fridge and microwave. Hot tub was out of order.

If you want to use the hot tub, stay elsewhere. IT was not in use and dirty. It was also, not blocked off so a kid could easily fall in. They should have let us know ahead of time
