We do have alternative options in the private flood insurance market (some of these have 10 day waits and we even have a carrier that has a 1 day wait). Simply that, we are appointed with and represent multiple companies (non captive) to get you the best combination of coverage and price. It also means we have the availability to move you to another company if you see a large rate increase (Farmers, Allstate, Geico, and other captive carriers do not have that option).
