My younger sister who unfortunately passed away in Sept. 2019 willed me her Acura MDX which she LOVED. I bought a MDX back in April 2 days into having the car there were so many issues they knew they sold me a car with lots of work to be done to it and still sold it to me telling me it was 100% nothing wrong with it and not wanting to help me after wards the car shut off in the middle of the high way I brought it back several times they said not there problem didn’t want to help me 2 days after buying the car and wouldn’t even do an oil change which s why the car shut off due to no oil and needed a tune up an alternator a swing bar new brakes and routers barley any fluids and several other issues I have now spent 6000 extra on a 2013 Acura MDX and I’m stuck fixing everything that should have been fixed to begin with I’ve receive no customer service and will never again buy a car from Acura of Ramsey very disappointed in the customer service and selling me a car that was no good for 24,000$ that I now have put another 6,000$ into a 2013 car for 30,000 shouldn’t sit right with anyone. Please be aware when buying a used car from them

The first problem they have is their customer service, and you can spend minutes watching without anyone approaching you to ask if you need help. Then the seller who touched me wanted to sell me a specific model. They take advantage of the little inventory on the market to want to offer inconvenient and aggressive businesses. Add that the dealer looks old and outdated in its structure.
