I love the service that was provided. My service Advisor Heather was very professional, she understood the problem I was experiencing with my vehicle and explain exactly what is being done to the vehicle. I should have went to Jaguar at Manhattan from the beginning instead of going to that horrible place Victory Mitsubishi.

WHY does the service department NEVER pick up their phone? I have been calling since December 2018 and have NEVER EVER had the service department pick-up. HORRIBLE customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves.
