Bad experience and wasted Time On Wednesday August 31.2022 I went in Asheville Shoe Repair to get an estimate on the repair of a purse and a pair of new sandals. I was told by an employee the cobbler was not there. I would need to leave my items and an invoice showing costs would be texted. At midnight that evening I received the text. The next morning I responded and declined the repair. The next day I went in to retrieve my items. They weren't there. The voice mail is full and no-one has responded to my text messages requesting my items back. It's now been three days and I still have not received a response nor do I have my property.

Picked up a shoe today that they'd made minor repairs to. Fair price, good work, and completed before due date.

They put the wrong lift on my boot, then the lady up front told me she would call me on Friday when it was ready I never received a call, I tried calling them multiple times apparently they don't like to answer the phone. When I finally did get through to them the lady said ,oh well I guess I was busy, I finally got my boot fixed after multiple trips, I won't use this place again. In all honesty the person who worked on my boot in the back did a good job it was the lady up front that screwed everything up
