Items never ready on time, you have to call to remind him and he’ll scramble to get them done by the end of day or next day. Very unorganized. Didn’t remember what I asked for, my bridesmaid dress was not altered correctly, and then I was left without a dress 2 days before the wedding. After he assured me that it would be perfect and I would not need to leave time to look for a different dress if it didn’t work out (gave him 2.5 weeks to do it). Always losing his phone, doesn’t have a proper bookkeeping system. All around mess- do not recommend.

The owner mistakenly gave my suit to the wrong guy who came in looking for alterations on a similar navy blue suit for a wedding. He called me later and I voiced my frustration to which he met me with hostility and sass. He admitted to making a mistake but in a backhanded sort of way. He did work hard to fix the issue and my suit was returned the Monday after the issue happened on Friday and it fit nicely. That was his only saving grace. I asked him for some compensation for the stress he caused me to which he responded “haven’t you ever made a mistake before?” and refused to refund me any of my money back. Also he basically told me to never come back again which I wasn’t going to anyway but was surprised to hear him say that. Would NOT recommend!
