I've purchased 3 cars from there , its a great car dealer. What I have a problem with is the unprofessional payment center. They don't communicate with each other , they're system is all missed up, they give receipt with payment due dates , then call the next week talking about past due, get it together, it's annoying and all over the place. Asked to speak to the Manager the last time when I had a problem , didn't want to speak she was relating messages, you cant communicate with your clients then you shouldn't have that title, PERIOD

I called ahead to confirm car availability 2 hours before I drove from Staten Island. When I get there the dealer claims there was a typo in the price and additionally claimed that the car was sold. Unprofessional
