I had two dealings with over the previous month with a major auto glass company. I had a large crack in my Kia's windshield. I had full insurance so I knew it would be covered, but before I went to my first appointment and checked to make sure the insurance would cover it and I was informed there was some issue, that I was not covered (this was talking to someone in another state because there was no way to contact the local repair show directly). They told me to wait a couple of weeks and try again. So I did, and this time I was told "there shouldn't be any issue". So when I arrived I had to wait in the lobby for 15 min. just to talk with the receptionist, but then I was told that I would have to pay out of pocket because once again "there was an issue with my insurance". I told them nevermind and left. I immediately called my insurance carrier she had no idea what their issue was because I clearly had full coverage. So she had Tri-State give me a call and they gave me an appointment--and it's a good thing because by then I had received a second hit and had two large cracks stretching all the way across the windshield. The Tri-State guy came all the way down from Taylors to me in W. Cola. He arrived early and watching him work was an example of a highly-trained expert in action, paying attention to every little detail. When he heard that I had had a couple of Cherokees, we had a good conversation about that because he had the same. When I got in the car to take off a few hours later the new glass was so clear I couldn't tell there was a windshield on there and I had to take a second look! I appreciate businesses like Tri-State.

Had an insured windshield replaced. We went across the road to eat at Texas roadhouse and it was done before we finished food. We did have to come back due to a sensor came unglued but I did come back and they were able to fix it in 15 minutes. Great service.
