Sometimes I wonder why they hire these unprofessional people usps have the most terrible customer service believe me if I had a choice it definitely wouldn't have been USPS they always screw up and this screw up is costing me $25 a day and all they can do is keep me on hold and pass me to person to person and I have to start over and explain everytime where is UPS and FedEx when you need them🤦🏾

The offices are supposed to open at 9:00 in the morning it's 9:20 and they haven't opened yet I have a special child that we are waiting for him to come out and they don't even have the kindness to come to tell us to wait absolutely nothing they don't Doesn't matter what people we're waiting for outside

If I could rate it less I would. Just 4 days after I filed a complaint for a package hanging out of my mailbox they started telling me my packages can't be delivered. Lying poor excuses and management that doesn't hold anyone accountable.

All you could do is go to the post office and give them the tracking number and they will look it up for you and let you know where is it
Hi, yes, all you have to do is put the flag up to yr box and package back in it, if it fits. Put a note on the package stating that they left it at the wrong address and they will take it back to the post office and put it back in the mail stream to be corrected and sent to the right place. Hope that helps! Or leave yr flag up to yr box and put a note inside of the box letting them know to knock on n the door to get the package if it's too big to fit in the box.
