We decided to rent chairs, linens, glassware, carafes and coffee mugs for our wedding a couple of weeks ago, and Crown's costs for those items were either the same or lower than every other place we looked at. Everything was high quality and they had most of the same options that other wedding rental places had but charged more for. The staff here were nothing but helpful and patient with us and our very specific needs, and even helped us save over $100 when they suggested an easier and cheaper way for us to rent our stuff that eliminated the need for a trailer. I am serious when I say that the customer service here was top-notch: I never got the sense that they were trying to upcharge us or talk me into something we didn't need. They were transparent and honest the entire time! Can't recommend this place enough!

We rented a chipper/shredder yesterday, with a trailer to haul it. The whole experience went extremely smoothly. The equipment worked just they way it should. The workers were friendly and professional. I will rent from Crown again.
