I probably won't go to Huddle House anymore, food is good, service sucks. I walked in and sat down, waited about 10-15 minutes and started to leave when a server asked if I had been waited on. Her manager told her to check on me. You would think with 5-6 people working there and only one customer in the place beside me, they should have figured it out. The server that came over told me that everyone thought that I had a take out order. Well, it took more than 20-30 minutes to get my food. I asked the server what the problem was. She said that they are required to cook all the take out orders that are called in before in store customer orders. I won't eat there again.

I come here for lunch almost everyday and everytime I have to wait at least 20 mins before someone even aks for my order and most nights it don't even be busy overall food is good jus not their coustmer service

When we 1st came in some old lady with no teeth was messy saying sorry no one is here to help me . But the restaurant was empty. That's why only 4 stars hate when co workers are not in sync . The Cook was quick and efficient food was great Our waiter treated us like she's known forever. Overall everything was great.

The regular hand for awesome however one young lady to seem to have a real nasty attitude on something very simple when I requested looks to me if you having a bad day she took it should have took the day off I won't be going back there …
