Not only was I was able to secure a beautiful wood-burning stove, but my consumer experience was met with warmth, patience, respect and dignity. There were never sales pressures and Dan provided an endless stream of product alternatives. Jerod backed my final decision with a solid commitment and warranty. Semper Fi to Andrew for his enthusiasm, brilliance and years of wood-burning experience. Installers, Nic and Kris were flexible, diligent and thorough. Nic and Kris installed our new Jotul wood stove. They did an excellent job and took care to not damage our floors and walls while placing it in the living room. They were courteous and answered any questions we had. I would recommend them for any installation work. We love Sierra Timberline!

We are very pleased with our new Quadra-Fire Pellet Stove. Jared in sales was very thorough and patient while helping us choose the right stove for our home. The installation crew did a great job and made sure everything was working correctly, before leaving (the whole installation took less than 3 hours). The stove is working beautifully to heat our home and we are very happy with our decision to get our stove from Sierra Timberline.
