I had a savings account here and the service and communication was absolutely awful. They ended up sending all of my money to the state for unclaimed funds after sending me two letters (to the wrong address) and not getting a response from me. All it would take was a phone call to figure out I wasn’t dead. The wait times are awful even if you have an appointment and the staff is unwilling to help with anything they don’t need to do by law.

Recently came to this location to obtain earnest money deposit. The teller informed me after waiting awhile in line that this could only be done inside which would require an appointment. I called to make appointment and had to wait outside in my car since they keep the bank doors locked. Then I was finally allowed inside and told to sit down until someone was available to help me. I was the only customer in the bank. The gentleman then proceeded to take his time helping me after I informed him that I needed to get the withdraw done in time sensitive manner to secure a home before another buyer. After completion, I then had to wait for him unlock the doors to let me out of the bank. It is hard to believe that this transaction became so difficult. The local post office nearby is allowing people wearing masks to come in/out without difficulty and with a limit to the number entering in the building. It shouldn’t have been this challenging to complete a simple transaction at US bank.Thank you for taking the time to leave this review.
