I wish I could give these guys 10 stars! In fact, this interaction was last fall, but I realized I never left a review, and they deserve one. I worked with Rob and Pam (and team!) on a last-minute rental when my son's wedding plans changed due to COVID. They were not only very helpful and accommodating, they took a HUGE amount of stress of this Mother-of-the-Groom. 1. They helped me find the perfect solutions for the Groom's dinner, even though it was not a large event. They made suggestions, and didn't upsell. (In fact, they threw in a couple small extras that they thought would be helpful!) 2. They worked with us on pick-up time and drop-off, and then helped us load everything up and bring everything in upon return. 3. They gave us careful and complete instructions 4. The equipment was high-quality and easy-to-use 5. When we returned everything, they not only asked about how their equipment worked, they asked about the event itself, and remembered details I had shared about my plans. (They genuinely CARE about their customers!) I am planning on working with them for another upcoming event this year, and I am excited to do so!
