I have been a customer for 16 years. Closed my account and withdrew money on 8/4/22 or so I thought. SECU teller didn’t finish her job and close my account. So I went back to ban and had to pay the NSF fees for her failure to close account. Messed up on so many levels!!!!! I am glad I moved my money else where. The banker refused to view camera footage of our conversation even at my request. Wow just wow!!!! Never again will SECU get a dime from me. Going to move car loan and credit card now too.
