This is more than an establishment which wants your business. This is a place where the director has a heart. She shows sympathy for the customer. She talked me through the emotional state I was in at that moment. She consulted me with patience and pray. I walked out feeling confident in the decisions I had made this being the first time having to make arrangements. I recommend this funeral home to everyone who heart is heavy and is laying a family member to rest.

Extremely unprofessional and very insensitive to family needs. Staff was late picking my family up from the family house and rushed us along during visitation . I understand staff has a job to do , but families are also heartbroken and in grief. We just didn’t feel loved through our process and I was also disappointed to hear how staff was talking to a fellow staff member. She was a short young looking girl with dreads . She looks to be the future of a legendary funeral home , but the way she was treated if I were her, I wouldn’t want to work there. I expected more from a black owned business and was very disappointed.Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Aweful experince majority of the staff was rude, especially the man in the gray suit with the gray beard. Tent was ripped at burial. I would not send my dead hamster here.
