I don't see any reason why anyone would write a good review for a testing center. It's a typical Pearson testing center. No window in the room for obvious reasons. Just sitting here for 6 hours for my exam was a very exhausting experience. They have clean bathroom, drinking fountain, and not-so-good calculators you are forced to use. I hope you pass your exam so you don't have to come again in your life.

Fraudulent business financial practices. About as good as a fly by night roofing contractor. Not impressed so far. Hopefully they will make good on their promises, otherwise will be filing an FTC Fraud Report. Did not have a good experience testing in person for my PMP in October. I felt I was treated like an incarcerated criminal. Have also not had a fair experience trying to register for my CompTIA Exam. Promises for callbacks are never kept. I rescheduled my October CompTIA exam as it conflicted with my COVID rescheduled PMP date. They lost receipt of my voucher for October CompTIA exam and apparently someone else used it. My dad loaned me $$ to pay for exam again. Since I never got a call back for a date, I registered for the online testing on my own and just kept my fingers crossed that my disability wouldn't adversely my testing at home. Even though I had run the system test the day before, I got a connection error when I tried to log into the test. I followed the link given in the error message, but never got a confirmation receipt of my ticket. The form message stated they had up to 5 business days to resolve my trouble ticket though. Called later today as I was concerned I never got a confirmation receipt of ticket. Pearson couldn't find my trouble ticket. She did initiate a new one thought and I am waiting to hear back. Not happy at all at this point as they have scammed me out of $$$$$ at this point.

Is there a place for testers to have lunch? I.E. a microwave available?

No, it's just a waiting room with some lockers and the testing area itself.
