Had a flat back tire, brought to Lowertown, they charged $11 Or $12. , was the only thing wrong with the bike except brakes they barley worked so they fixed the tire I rode out and about an hour later my back wheel stard moving to the left my gears was switching I called but they was closed left a message saying the man messed bike up literally like no riding, my guy said go act out snap get your $ back and make them fix it i was like they did fix it my tire isnt flat no more. So it took me a few weeks to bring it so they day before I got on the bike to check it again I was good then it started acting up tire rubbing from moving gears shifting by them selves and I had picked speed crashed scraped my leg arm real real bad I got it there next day the lady said she will check it when I got my Cadillac back she was in better shape than when I brought it in breaks works and it ride like a mf bike. I am very happy happy thank you

I was disappointed when the Smallest Cog moved but these guys are pretty good. Fixed my bike same day at a reasonable price. Brought a couple bikes in for service and i have no complaints. Have to have some work done today (why do bike brakes have to be so complicated now?) so I will be heading back shortly!

Lowertown Bike Shop sets the standard for how a bike shop should operate. The owners and staff are warm and inviting, and their inventory is curated with brands that they stand by. It's clear that they care deeply about the work that they do, so you can trust that they're not going to try to upsell you some shiny, expensive boiler-plate bike just to make a few extra bucks. I worked with them to build a custom commuter bike, and they blew my expectations away at every step of the process. They took the time to get to know me and my needs as a cyclist so they could build the perfect machine - and they did! They would call me during the building process to give me updates, and I could tell that they had a genuine passion for working on it and bringing it to life. This bike is now my primary mode of transportation, and it means so much to know that it was built by people who care. I don't think I could with clear conscience recommend any other bike shop. If you want a bike shop for life, this is where you go. Plain and simple.

Clean shop with a decent selection, but decent customer service is nonexistent here.

We sell Giant and Momentum bikes.
They're very safe. Only two people allowed in the store at a time. They make you wait outside if there are already two people inside
As far as i know, they accept donations and can sometimes offer trade in on specific bikes. They do not purchase bikes outright.
