No, I've had several done without any issues. They are honest, and will only charge you for what needs to be done.

Are you able to re-magnetize a motorcycle rotor? Lucas type RM23. If so please provide cost estimate.

Not sure, call and ask for Steve and talk with him about it! Use them ofter for rebuilding starters and alternators, also voltage regulators
