Definitely don't order anything from here.I ordered bedroom suit March 27th still waiting.Delivery date has changed 3 or 4 times and they didn't even let me know.Customer service is non existent here..You can text them and email they will not respond. All they care about is the money.Now footboard is due to arrive first week of May i found out yesterday. I hope it does so I can get my furniture and NEVER DEAL WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Had to take this lying and cheating owner to small claims court to get my money back...one year later I got my refund...tries to be cordial in front of the judge...stay away from this place.....THEY ARE TERRIBLE !! Horrible service, they don't call back with updates, 7 months and no furniture yet, of course no refunds and all sales are final. Their staff had the audacity to ask me to "go into arbitration, we will see how that works for you". Francis O'Neil is the most disrespectful and hateful human being I have had an interaction with. Update - Francis Oneil has stopped communication, I keep calling all three of his locations and send him emails....he lied to my credit card company stating "we are waiting on the rest of the order". he is a thief who will steal your money and hide behind the "no returns or refund policy". SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND DONT GO TO THIS STORE !!!!

I am looking online for places to furniture shop as I need to fully furnish an entire apartment. I am so glad I read through the reviews before shopping with this company. The way they seem to do most business and reply to their reviews are beyond unprofessional. I will definitely be taking my huge shopping spree check somewhere else!

I bought brand new furniture. I bought a couch and love seat, coffee table and 2 end tables, 2 lantern decorations for the end tables, a blanket ladder and 2 large area rugs for about $1100. I thought they had good affordable furniture.
