Should be an option for zero stars. Promised a rental to be paid for- SUV equivalent- did not. job was way delayed due to their staffing problems so the car rental cost > 1,000$. for a compact car The extra rental costs were because of their short staff. Yes I should have had my insurance to include car rental, BUT the extreme cost was about their delays NEVER using Heppner's again

Yes, we have a secure key drop on the north side of the building.

I have a 2009 Dodge Ram with the start of rust around the rear tires as so many have. Would you replace the skins or cut and replace the rusted sections? The car has only 74000 miles. Any idea of approximate cost ?Thanks

Hi Paulette, it is very tough to tell repair/replace/cost without looking at the vehicle, would you be able to bring it by the shop for one of our estimators to see the extent of the rust? And unfortunately with rust we are unable to offer our typical lifetime warranty because it will inevitably return. Our shops are open Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm and 9:00am-12:00pm on Saturdays. Please stop by our Woodlane location any time that works for you, our estimators Camille and Dustin along with our shop manager Melissa, will be able to take great care of you and help you decide what is the best option for your '09 Ram.
