Don’t waste your time and energy with these folks! They have absolutely no clue what’s going on. They schedule people for appts that don’t exist. They are a complete shitshow. Customer Service staff aren’t professional and very rude! Instead of compromising and making things right. They said their next appt would be in NOVEMBER! Unbelievable & Unacceptable!!

I love seeing Dr. Wright. He is so kind and explains things well to me plus anxious to help me figure out how I can successfully use my new CPAP machine. The scheduling women have also been so very kind and understanding with me getting in with all the conflicts that came up for me. When I’ve spoken to Chad he too has been very pleasant to speak with and explaining that I should wait till my illness was over so get accurate info when I do do my sleep study. I prefer seeing Dr. Wright for all my Appts as I have to come in every 6 months. I don’t like seeing his assistant so definitely prefer Dr. Wright.
