It was ok. I got my IFTA stickers which was the purpose of the visit. The bathroom was super clean. They are located at the back of the building.

I hate this place, it so Damm complicated to get in touch with them. Been on wait for 4hrs and 1/2 and nobody answers. So unprofessional. I just need to pick my decal stickers since I changed address they were lost.

Was told a lot of Horror stories about waiting a month for my stickers once I applied etc... The biggest challenge was just talking to someone inside the office. I too called and was on hold for hours. I took the option on the phone to set a time for them to call me back. I got a call back time 2 days from the time I called. However, I did get a prompt call at the given time, and waited for less than 5 mins to speak with a very nice lady who came out of retirement to help them out. Apparently they are swamped beyond hope with employees out with long covid. This is a small office servicing a large portion of the state so I can see that. I was able to make an appointment and was given instructions, and a follow up email reiterating the verbal instructions. I filled out the paperwork as requested, showed up for my appointment, 20 mins I had my stickers, and was out the door. They were help others without an appointment on a time available basis. They make appointments in 30 min blocks, if they get done early they will let someone come in that didn't have an appointment. I saw them help 2 other people without appointment while I was there. I think if you need a new account you have to make an appointment though. If you have a small issue like being locked out of your account, they could probably slide you in between other appointments. The lady I spoke with was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. This was a lot easier than the IRP office, let me tell you. I was in and out in 15 mins.
