This pharmacy is a complete disaster. Besides being extremely inefficient and slow, everyone in the pharmacy has a major attitude problem. Don’t bother making an appointment online either- you will still wait at least an hour, even in a completely empty pharmacy. If you ask for assistance or answers, they’re nothing but rude and dismissive.

Checked online for a particular product which said they had it. They didn't have it and no label for it. I was also told Walgreens does not carry this item. Is it so hard to keep the website up to date? Now I doubt that I will ever walk into that store ever again.

I just found out that my starmount pharmacy on west market street in Greensboro NC has been bought out by Walgreens pharmacy in Greensboro NC and I called Walgreens pharmacy on west market street in Greensboro NC and I got some of the most rude ignorant people that had no idea how to be nice and respectful to help me do I called gate city pharmacy Greensboro NC and I'm setting up my pharmacy service's with them instead of Walgreens pharmacy on west market street in Greensboro NC they are better more nice people and respectful and will go above and beyond to help ! So they deliver my medicine to me unlike Walgreens pharmacy on west market street in Greensboro NC they want to make it complicated by only doing text's to get medicine delivered but I'm done with Walgreens pharmacy on west market street in Greensboro NC and and that's that basically they really need to work on their attitude problems !😕

I tried calling to check and see how much my prescription would cost.. a very simple call. I was taken off hold and placed immediately back on hold with no one even coming to the phone at all to the point the phone automatically sends the call back through and it rings all over again. I get there, no one speaks, no hey ma’am we will be with you in a moment. NOTHING. Everyone back there is rude as hell and lacks basic customer service. I didn’t make you clock in.
