Bought a new tank here, including 2 boxes of coils. I know every time I go into a vape shop, to my knowledge none of them have money back guarantees and I understand that, thats fine. However the coil for my new tank went bad about an hour after I bought it. I took it apart, cleaned it, still did not work. Installed a new coil, still nothing. Took the merchandise back. Man at the counter installed another coil this one worked. However, I tried it all again, basically the same thing happened. I understand the sign on the window says basically there is no money back guarantee and that is fine. Yet I also have the right to speak my mind here, don't I? I'm sure these people's intentions are honest but I don't think they know what they are selling. I've been vaping now for about 6 years or so. Never had an issue like this before. All I can say is I won't be back. Let the buyer beware.
